Broker's Operating Procedures

1. Barkoff Residential, Inc. will not require identification from a prospective home-buyer.

2. Barkoff Residential, Inc. will not require a prospective home-buyer to sign an exclusive brokerage requiring the home-buyer to work only with Barkoff Residential, Inc. on all properties.

3. Barkoff Residential, Inc will require a pre-approval letter from a bank or a mortgage broker if the buyer chooses to purchase the apartment with financing.
